Re: some new songs...
Eric,
I really like this stuff. The recording is really good.
I like the uber-fuzzed guitar in Everyday.
What did you record and mix this on?
I recorded a band named Ed Wang who are all from Columbus (Aaron Brown, John Thornton, Bryan Richards). Do you know them by any chance? They all live out in the Seattle area now.
Good luck on the release,

Re: some new songs...
hey mark,
hey thanks man. we recorded these songs using pro-tools in a studio
here called Diamond Mine with our friend Jason White at the console.
we added some overdubs & mixed it ourselves at home on Matt's G4
with pro-tools LE. we did about 6 songs in this fashion, then did about 7 more
in my little 8-track studio in the basement.
i don't know Ed Wang, although if they played out here i'm sure we've
crossed paths at some point. we are just starting to play out again after
a long hiatus (lost a bandmate, found a new bandmate).
thanks again for the kind words.

Re: some new songs...
these songs are AWEOSME! what is it you're doing in the section around 4:oo into everyday? what kind of effect is that? sounds like a delay but with something else. awesome songs.km
Re: some new songs...
Everyday is a nice pop tune, well recorded and mixed. I especially like the "AAaaaaaaa aaaaaa aaaaaaaum" vocal parts.
And I like in the middle when it opens up and you're like, hey, there's an acoustic guitar down there!
Good one.

hey Justin,
man, it's nice to get positive feedback from this stuff. this will be our 4th album
and we've toured the US a bit and recently in Japan. we did a west coast tour
with a band called Silver Scooter from Austin TX. Yeah, if we can find a label
in the US to help us release this album, we would love to tour again. i especially
love the west coast...the drive from san fran to portland specifically was wonderful.
anyway, we hope to tour soon. check the website for updates if you want to.
thanks!

Re: some new songs...
hi Eric ++++ Good stuffs, if a bit crunchy for my taste. My (former) band the Buenos Aires played a show with Tiara and AE in Jacksonville, Florida last year... perhaps you remember.
Good to hear your stuff in a different context (and without all that pesky secondhand smoke :). Keep rocking.
