Wanna mix some pro tools sessions?

Post by Malcom » Mon Oct 13, 2003 5:35 pm

Jasmine Mace is finishing up her new CD called "Towering Anvil", which is sort of prog/space rock influenced, but in a modern vein. It was recorded on a Digioo2 with Pro Tools 6. We thought it would be interesting to have someone else mix a couple of songs. It might not be that much different from what we could do, but it's worth a shot. We would send you the session on a DVD-r(too big for a CDr). If interested send me an email of the approx cost of mixing 2 songs. Thanks, Malcom Ryder

I'd love to mix a couple of songs. For two songs, depending on how well they were recorded, I'd say somewhere between $300 -$500. Maybe less. Maybe more. It's hard to say without hearing the tracks, ya know! Would love to talk with you about this further! What is your time frame? I work fast, so, my prices are usual low. Lets talk!

I'd be glad to give these 2 tunes a shot. How's $200 sound?

I'd be interested as well. 2 songs for $250, but you only pay if you like them or use them in some fashion.

I'd love to give them a shot, if only for my own benifit. If you like them we could work out some sort of payment...

I'd love to give this a shot. If you'll cover postage, I'd be happy to mix a couple songs. I'd love the experience...and I love Space Rock.

I'll probably blow them out to 2" and mix @ the big studio I work in... my home rig is fine for small projects, but depending on the initial recordings, I might want to pull out the big guns.

My nighttime rate is 55/hour... that's half of the daytime rate where I work

I'm outside philly... could you email me an mp3 of a rough mix?

Hopefully I'm not late here..
I'd love to mix a few tracks. It sounds like an interesting project.
Work has been slow lately so I would be open to a pay for it if ya like it situation.

Thanks,
jeffro

I'll mix a couple for free. All I would ask in return is credit for it if they got used.
