Encore music is/was the best crate-diggin instrument store EVER! I rue the day they shut down their St. Paul store. Used to go in there 10am on a Monday morning not having slept the night before and harass them. Really nice people!

I'd say Muddy Pig. It's time to give some business to St. Paul!
Where is Muddy Pig in StPaul? Is it just a bar or??

Fac06
It's on Selby/Dale. It's a bar and a restaurant. Their beer list goes on and on and on and on...

JJ - You should just drive back up to MN for this. You know it's worth it.

Oh... you're one of those that won't cross the river although after the bridge collapse, that may be smarter.

No no..I used to live off of West 7th...the ethanol plant made me deathly ill so I moved across the river...Ford Parkway works perfect for getting over to StPaul...I actually lived on Dale for awhile too with a crazy ass coke head ex girlfriend....

No trust me on this one...she is the stalker type....why are those ones always good in the sack??? The first big clue was that she told me that she would like it if I started to bang other chicks whilst she was hiding etc...it gets even better but Ill save it for the Muddy Pig. Lets try to work on a date
probably a Mon/Tues or Thurs?????

I think that should work for me...the only concern is maybe abit later like 7:30 ish as my fiance and I share a car and sometimes she gets home abit later but generally that sounds good. Anyone else? this date work or should we go for the next week or??? I am thinking this would be good now as the Holidays are sliding thru pretty quickly etc

I have a regular monthly happy hour on 11/20 at the Muddy Pig. If you want to meet a bunch of medieval singers....

Agreed that 7:30 is a better time. I still prefer 11/13. I still prefer 11/13.... jspartz, it'd be great if you made it, but as I recalled (the Bryant Lake Bowl gathering a few years ago) we moved a time for you and you still bailed....

We could try and set a monthly meeting at various places??? I am down for the Pig on th 13th but a coffee shop (such as Rudy's on West 7th) at another time would be cool too as I prefer caffiene....

jspartz- my apologies. I researched the earlier meeting thread (from 4 years ago  ), and we picked the less workable time for you. My bad!

I do make it down the river on occasion- it'd be fun to meet up in Winona as well. Meanwhile, we'll try to get a Twin Cities date that you can make it this winter.
