Different LDC's as drum overheads.

first of all, if you're about to type UTFSF, go die.

Anyone have a success or complete failure story using two different LDC's asd drum overheads? i guess they could just be considered 2 room mics, but I think I'll try to get a stereo image with them, and specifically capture cymbals.

this is something I have been meaning to try - cause I traded a 319 and just got a C2000b. This would be a great way to get the different mic characteristics to go to work for you I think.
