new engineer at Inner Studios

Post by jason caddell » Tue Nov 25, 2003 7:53 pm

Just wanted to put the word out that I'm starting to record bands at Inner Ear (www.innerearstudios.com) in Arlington, VA. Don Zientara, the studio owner, and I have worked out a very reasonable deal for folks that would like to record to 24-track tape via a Neve-designed Amek console.

The studio's gear list is on the webpage; bands that have recorded there include Fugazi, Smart Went Crazy, The Promise Ring, my old band The Dismemberment Plan, and many others. Both J Robbins and Chad Clark have worked there extensively on many projects over the years....

As for me, I've done demos for several local bands here in DC, recorded my own stuff for years, and played an active role in the demoing, preproduction, and recording processes in the Plan.

Drop me a line for rate and booking information at jacaddell@yahoo.com.

Thanks,

Jason

hello.

dismemberment plan owns, of course.
i talked to chad the other day concerning an internship at the studio. he told me to get in touch w/ don. i am wondering though if you know anything about the status of internships or if you need a free or cheap second engineer?

thanks friend,

brandon
