Clock source / Mbox2 Pro word clock or Presonus FS as Master

Hello all,
I am in the process ( squeezed behind the equip rack) of incorporating a Mbox 2 into my setup..
Currently, I have the a motu ultralite and an 8 pre clocked off of the Presonus via adat..
I have it set up w/ everything clocking off of the Mbox, but I believe that the Presonus may have the better clock..Insert opinions here..

Also, do I need a BNC terminator for the mbox or is it self aware..

Any opinions on hooking these devices together is appreciated..

I currently have IMAC firewire 800>3 hardrives firewire >firewire 400 interfaces..

i really can't believe that DIGI designed the Mbox too big to squueze into a rack space....Wow, that was low and cold..

I'm back to this same question years later..I just installed a Langevin DVC and am wanting to get the most out of this setup..
