the pro's are doing it for money, the friends are doing it for being awesome.
put some new photos up just now of A control room... today the ceiling gets finished, and then we move on to putting all the perimeter walls for A live up.

It's been a while since we posted....we've been worked like crazy to get the studio in shape. The good news is it's actually happening.
We're pretty much finished wiring up the control room. The Audiotronics seems really happy in its new home. Way better noise floor with solid power. The gear looks great in the new racks and after many hours with a soldering gun it's all connected.
Putting up the monitors was a revelation. After years of working in a modified apartment having a properly built control room with an incredible design by Rod Gervais is mind blowing. It sounds so good. Rod is the man. Even with more finish work to do it's already sounding like a great mix room. Super excited.
The tracking rooms are also wired up and getting finish work. Again the design is outstanding. Rod made us work our asses off building some really complex shapes but it's really paying off as we start to get a chance to listen to instruments in each room.
After A is in good enough shape we have to get studio B functional over the next couple of weeks.
Here's a few photos from the last couple of months but i need to upload some more recent ones.
