So...got the new TapeOp yesterday (YAY!!!) and was perusing it before hitting the hay, and noticed Larry mentioned a Workhorse review in that issue, in response to a letter about 500 series reviews...and I don't see it in the reviews section...did I miss something? Otherwise, great issue as always, and keep up the good work! _________________ I like pie. |

I wrote it, and thought it was to be in issue #84! My mistake. next issue, I assume. I have good things to ay about it. Pretty ingenious device. _________________ Larry Crane, Editor/Founder Tape Op Magazine

Really looking forward to it! Granted, it'll be ancient and obsolete by the time I can afford one, but it looks really, really cool...almost cool enough for me to sell off a bunch of other stuff to get one. Thanks and as always, keep up the good work Larry! _________________ I like pie. |

Indeed. I am considering one of those for my "next big thing".
I actually had a conversation with my friend Skot Brown from Black Ice/Phantom Limbs etc about that.
Which is a worse collectors addiction to start.
500 series modules.
or
Modular synth modules.
Both involve an initial outlay just for the housing/powering unit, but subsequent modules are relatively cheap. _________________

Now...500-series synth modules- that'd be something! _________________ I like pie. |
