Guitar/Bass tuner

Post by vvv » Mon Jan 16, 2012 4:45 pm

I've no affiliation with anyone except my right hand (wears my ring).

That said, check out the Snark clip-on tuners.

US$10 for a damn useful piece that I forgot to bring to the jam yesterday but used on every guitar today in the bedio, acoustic and electric.

I will do that, unless someone has a better suggestion.
Getting the shits of guitarists coming through here with no tuner. I'll point to my Conn Strobotuner and get blank stares and I have more important things to do at tune-up time than show them how to use it. Might as well not have a tuner at all.

I bought one a couple months ago...Love it. I too have run into scores of musicians who don't know what a strobe tuner is.
Of course I've had it in the ear before.....

Those Snarks are the shit. They are bright and easy to see, work fast, don't bounce around too much, and they are CHEAP!!!!
I only have one but foresee one in every guitar case before long.

I have the TC Electronic in my pedal board (my tiny three pedal havin, embarrassingly little pedal board) and I love that one too, but sometimes ya just don't feel like haulin' out the pedal board just to tune yer git-tar.

musicians are fuckers, but even worse are people who like musicians, they're total fuckers.
