This is not good, because it bypasses the due process of Law.

This is a gateway for more sinister practices, and should be vigorously opposed.

It eliminates having a Judge review evidence of wrongdoing, so any entity can accuse another of wrongdoing, and then take immediate action.

Remember the Witch Trials of the 17th Century? This could turn into that quite easily.

It needs to be thought out a lot better, that's for sure. At least here's an effort to move forward and that's good news, this law ain't gonna be the one though.

It's OK. they had AACTA signed in 2011. Don' need SOPA, it would have made penalties too easy on pirates. Now they can hang'em high internationally.
