So I bought a item on 2-19-12.

On 2-22-12 the seller - who seems legit - advises that Paypork has a bad addy for him.

I cancel the payment and re-issue to his correct email.

The original cancelled payment was on "hold" until today, when they credited my Paypork account.

The re-payment I made on the 22nd hasn't shown up.

Another purchase I made today hasn't shown up.

I have sent emails to Paypork since 2-22-12.

I have a 100% rating, as does one of the sellers (the other has no rating.)

Now I see this article.

This is not new. But it's getting out of hand.
Your paypal payment is instantaneous but the transaction is not. Paypal takes your money along with $200 million of all transactions received that day (I'm just pulling a number out of my ass,but you get the idea) and puts it into an overnight CD or a 3-4 day CD with Bank of America, etc. You see, banks really don't have any money, they have to pretend they do and that's where lenders like Paypal come in. This is how paypal makes money. Imagine doing that every day.
