Responsibilities:
The audio administrator is responsible for securing talent for all International and US product lines
for Fisher-Price Brands. This position requires a strong negotiating skill, as dealing with fairly sophisticated
talent agents in New York, LA, and London is a frequent part of the job. Secondarily, a high level of
organization and ability to remember details is required in order to properly process and schedule recording
sessions on a daily basis. The candidate should be capable of raising legal issues to management as
they arise, and representing Fisher-Price professionally under pressures of deadlines and competing
interests from different internal departments and external entities.

PRIMARY DUTIES:
'Negotiate terms and conditions with professional talent agents and recording studios to secure voice services from union and non-union talent while working with legal counsel on union/guild contract matters.
'Work to control US and international voice talent and studio costs.
'Schedule voice recording sessions with talent and recording studios around the world in accordance with product development recording milestones.
'Audition, recruit and find sources for new voice talent around the world.
'Create and process project documents and Engagement of Services forms. Process international Purchase Requisitions using Oracle.
'Track talent costs and contact information using Excel and Outlook.
'Work with the legal department on special projects to learn new terms and conditions for new talent hire.

Requirements:
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:
'Strong negotiation skills.
'Strong 'hands on' and creative problem solving skills.
'Strong proven project management skills.
'Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work people of all levels within the organization.
'Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook is required. Oracle skills a plus.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
'Associate's degree in Business, Music Business or related field. Bachelor's degree preferred.
'3 + years experience in product development, entertainment or talent management or related field.
'Exemplary attendance and job performance.[/b]
