Hi all,
contemplating recapping my Neve 5432. Any recommendations on cap brands and sources? I've found Mouser good as they allow selection by application and they ship to Europe in a hurry. Are there any others?
Thanks in advance, Rich _________________ "It's the most devastating moment in a young mans life, when he quite reasonably says to himself, 'I shall never play The Dane!' " |

| Sure. Mouser is standard fare for parts. How many channels is your 5432? Are the channels all 34128's? Direct outs? As for specific types, if you don't get a reply here, ask at Geoff Tanner's site: http://auroraaudio.net |

Yes all 34128's and 8-channel - there are no direct outs, but it is a mod that I'm considering carrying out.
Thanks, Rich _________________ "It's the most devastating moment in a young mans life, when he quite reasonably says to himself, 'I shall never play The Dane!' " |
