Seems someone has already posted a a "review":
"If it's Beta then Why Charge?
by Muddy B.
Why charge for Beta? At least allow for one free issue ..that's what SOS did and it seemed to have worked."
Hey Muddy,
The app is free, there is issue #79 available for free download, and the digital issues are priced very low ($1 for a subscription, $2 for back issues). Issues will migrate over to the future, non-beta app as well. And, there is also a free PDF issue always on our home page for people to check out on just about ANY format. http://tapeop.com/media/images/sample_issue.pdf Plus, uh, the print version is free in several countries. How more wrong could you be about "free?" Please fully check out apps before "reviewing" them in the future.

PS:
1. All issues will eventually be up there if all goes well.
2. A Message Board app will likely follow the new TOMB build.
3. It is still kinda acting weird (on my iPad 2). We'll be fixing it soon!
4. It is currently for iPad only, more devices to follow.

Hi John,JohnDavisNYC wrote:you know what would be totally fresh? a message board app... i'd be on that like a crackhead on crack.
john
I have two of these forum access apps, and I find them strange to work with.
I am used to the regular web browser, as it does not limit functionality.

I totally agree. I have a few message board apps on my iPhone but they are terrible because they lack the functionality of the web browser version.
I just downloaded issue #90 (the current issue that still hasn't found its way to me by snail mail). One thing I really like about the on-line version is that I can make the font as big as my old eyes want it.
