Should be noted as it's just so over the top double-album-ish, Hawkwind "Space Ritual":

And the super stoner sleeve/foldout:

Its a live album so dont know if it should count , Ani Difranco - Living In clip probably my favorite .
I also like the NIN - the fragile double album too
Come to think of it I like a lot of double live albums , Iron Maiden - Live After Death was a good one to mention to ..

Oh crap, don't know why I didn't think of this before, or why it's not on any of these lists...

Miles Davis-- Bitches Brew

That's the one, as far as I'm concerned.

When I was younger, so much younger than today (and all live records):

Lynyrd Skynyrd - One More from the Road
The Dead - Steal Your Face
David Bowie - Stages
Little Feat - Waiting for Columbus

And a cuppla odd ones:
The Dead - Europe '72 (what was a triple album!)
Graham Parker & the Rumour - The Parkerilla (altho' side 4 was one tune), very rough but compelling
bandcamp;
blog.
I mix with olive juice.

I was actually just going back to Mellon Collie recently. So many sleepers, but I always liked the softer jams.

I may get some flack for this, but I absolutely love Fleetwood Mac's Tusk. "Think About Me" is pure pop gold and "Storms," don't get me started on "Storms"

One of my favorite records in high school. A friend recently loaned me the box set of the Gabriel-era Genesis records, with DVD-surround mixes, live stuff, and modern interviews about the making of each album, it's been a week of prog-nerd heaven. But The Lamb still stands as one hell of an accomplishement, amazing record.

I'm pretty sure that he's still dead.

In addition, I like the SST classics Double Nickels on the Dime (Minutemen) and Zen Arcade (Husker Du).

Nothing like listening to Reoccuring Dreams at full volume once a year.

Besides the obvious (White Album, Electric Ladyland)

Funkadelic - America Eats Its Young

Merle Haggard - Same Train, A Different Time (Jimmie Rodgers Covers)

Neil Young and Crazy Horse - Sleeps with Angels

I love Double Nickels on the Dime also.
