Hey anybody ever use one of these recorders? I own one and I am trying to track down a battery and or see if there is some kind of power supply hack ?

Here is a link to a page with all the specs on the recorder

Cool box. Hand crank rewind, wow. Might make a delay out of it?

Depending on how the cells are configured, you'd need either 67 or 135 volts to the circuit, and 6 or 12 volts to the heaters. It'd be pretty simple to build a p.s. producing both voltages in a standalone box.

Yeah I did not even think about the idea of using it for delay but that would be pretty sick. I want to power it up to see if it works and I am guessing it does because it looks pretty pristine. I want to use it for what its intended for and also maybe a mic pre. So can you direct me to some online tutorial on how to make the power supply

thanks for your help
