Motu AVB. Portland Or

Hi, anyone in Portland usi the motu avb series?
I've had mine for a few months and still cannot get ind headphone mix routing to work. It's crazy frustrating and came to a head today with a paid session.
I've called motu multiple times, emailed them, and still haven't been able to make it work in my favor.
Looking for some local help. I'll buy you a six pack of your choosing....
