Otari MX 5050 MKIII 8 track parts wanted

Hi all!

My Otari is in good shape... but it's missing those parts as indicated on the picture below:

- TEST OSC knob and plastic sleeve.
- One square button for one of the 8 phone selectors on the front pannel.
- STOP button
- Tension arm (with plastic cap).
