I'm all for miracle liquids and goops but I have yet to hear of one for speaker surrounds. Sooner or later you will have to re-foam, so why not experiment? Maybe some kind of spray wax if not AmourAll? Avoid anything with strong solvent smell - might disolve the foam or rubber.

I have used them to provide materials to refoam my beloved EPIs and to recone my JBL 4301Bs. They also service speakers in their shop located in Florida.
