hey what is this yerba mate stuff
I noticed it at the health food store...
but i believe its in the tea bags....im not sure of the correct name, but its in a yellow bag with maybe guarriyaki written on it...
Im just a regular earl grey drinker... mmm good ol' earl

but they stock this yerba buena on the same shelf as the earl, and I been curious to check it out... but I was thinking it was some high dollar strawberry kiwi chai thing.

and what the hell is a bombilla...

Im curious to check this stuff out. any recommendations?

ok, just for fun i switched over to 6 cups of puehr tea a day.

it is the coffee of the tea world. rich deep and complex like coffee... but more earthy and leafy... really great beverage. you get like 3 steeps per unit... mine is packed in these little balls. plus, i save money by skipping out on the coffee shop...

here is my current puehr of choice

OK, two Mate questions....

1) so I finally went down to Lucca's on Valencia and got Bombilla's, Mate's and Yerba Mate. I actually bought those Bombilla's with the silver (?) lining on the top and bottom and the finish on the outside.... anyone think I can die from drinking from it?

2) I got the Rosamonte in that red, shiny bag, the one that costs $1 more. Anyone know why, when all the other shit costs $4.99, this costs $5.99? Here's what it says on the inside, but I don't speak (is it Portugese?):

anyone speak this?

ALSO, does anyone cure thier new bombilla's? I went to Rainbow right after and saw that, in thier bombilla's, they suggest a 48 hour curing process.... anyone do this? (I know I am now-- THANKS AGAIN, RAINBOW!)

where's the part that says I'm gonna die?

dude, spanish.... if I didn't hate Dr. Ruelas so much in High School (Granada Hills High, if any one else knows her) then I would have retained something in that year and a half I spent in that horrible woman's class!!!

now all I remember is "De Donde es el ba?o porque yo voy a vomitar!?"

oh, the pain...
