They don't make those octave 12s any more, and they're awesome! Somebody should grab this!

http://www.charlesellerstudios.com is the only place I know up there, but I think he's selling the house and closing the studio. Surprisingly few rooms up there, you may have a good market. Bring earmuffs.

Keep in mind that the G5 currently won't run Pro Tools HD, Mix, or LE. Digidesign says they're working on it, but no definite timing on when they'll issue a software upgrade.
