Leader tape is to put in between songs etc to mark and separate. You can see it on the reel so you don't have to watch the counter and you don't have to use up tape to space between songs. What movie would you have picked? It took me a long time to decide. You could pick from any movie that had it's soundtrack done there. I thought about all the Beatles movies, but ended up going to The Wall. The surround sound in studio one was great.

I was lucky enough to get in a few years ago when they had a movie festival to mark the 25th anniversary of sounds tracks being recorded there. They let us hang around in Studio 2 for a couple of hours, I ate in the cafeteria and then saw the movie in studio 1. It has made reading "RTB" so much more...
