I have had a little more time to play with it, and despite it's hang ups and origins it's not shabby as a pedal goes. For what I paid it wasn't a bad deal. I'm not going to change my line up over it or anything, but it serves it's purpose. I'm now exacting all my focus on my drums really right now (...

It's not necassarily the quality of the gear that troubles me about thier products however, that is a factor. It's the fact that I look upon Behringer much like most do Guitar Center. It's a relatively cheap, bargain conglomerate bent on the destruction of genuine, but inexpensive alternatives. I li...

Shame, Oh I am ashamed

I bought a Behringer digtal delay. There I said it. It was 29$ and I bought it. I feel so dirty. On to the unshame... I don't play guitar enough to really justify buying a boss pedal, so this cheaper model really suits my purposes which is the bedroom rockstar on guitar(actually basement would bette...

Great Ska Band called conveniently The Skatalites do a great job at original dub Irie Ska. Welcome to Skamania is a good album to pick up if you are looking for genuine Ska music still making that original Rascolot sound.

Dirty Dozen Brass Band Collection.

What a freakin' Great disc! Itsays it is comprised of tracks picked out by the band, even if that's not true it's really good. Live and studio recordings, if you don't have it you should!

I have heard the term Hesher used as a deragatory term to describe a person as more of a bastard or as a prick. But I live in the northwest, our shit don't play in LA homey. It could be something completely different.

You mean like John Guerin on the Joni Mitchell albums? More like the Joel O'Brien or Russ Kunkel on Tapestry (Carole King). I feel the earth move under my feet... But with a more poppy snare, and better sounding toms. I guess build it like so: Dennis Chambers' Toms, O'Brien or Kunkel's Kick and cym...

Q: How many bass players to change a lightbulb? A: 1, 5, 1, 5, 1, 5, 1, 5 etc. ANSWER #2: 3 of them... 1 to screw it in and 2 to say "I could do that better." As a drummer myself I am more partial to the chalky sound of the funk era drummers of the 70's. crisp cymbal and high hat tones, rounded out...

I still have my spiderman comic/records, and my soundtrack to the Lord of the Rings animated series from back in the day. Born in 74'. I should spin my Chuck Magnione and my Santa Esmerelda. Lest we forget the fuzz tone guitars of that decade and the excessive amounts of awesome stoner rock that bur...

The sound I am looking for is: Snare: the 60's soul popcorn snare lots of punch and I still dig the resonating pang left over. Kick drum: I am just trying to get out of the flat sound, I want a more body to it (yes like a hair commercial). Toms: I am a big fan of the rounded out sound of Dennis Cham...

Drum Mics best mics for the money.

I am looking to upgrade from my audio technicas to some better quality. Any ideas, I don't really care if they are a set or mixed, just want to be able to not have to work so hard to get the sound I want. More punch, and pop, less of a strained tone when you hear the product. I already am looking at...
