I have no idea which forum to put this in. I was wondering if anyone on this forum is into photography as well and if you could point me towards the photo forum that is the photo equivalent to the tape op forums. Magazines as well.

What is the best program to do this in on a Mac? I tried Audacity with the LAME converter but it will only do 128 not 192. Is there a way to do this in Audacity?
