+1 for ORTF. I use Beyer MC930's usually. No experience with any of the mics you list.

If you're gigging a lot personally I wouldn't bother with something old that needs maintenance. I agree there are some killer old amps out there but why take a chance with one. Get something newer and reliable. Still say mesa, suhr, shiva. Budda makes nice amps. I've never been much of a fender fan ...

I'd look used if i were you.
Maybe a suhr badger, or a bogner shiva if you're lucky to find one at that price.
Mesa tremoverb or Lonestar might be worth looking at.
