Hi Tim, you might want to consider our CM47fet which is very reasonable. You can read the review on our CM47 in the last issue of Tape Op. Hi TIm, yes the grill and body provide the RF and "hum" shielding. The two circuit boards do get connected to case ground via their mounting screws.
