Vintage Analog Synth #2 for Sale: Yamaha CS-40m - SOLD *

This killer synth is hard to find. I have no way of testing this one, but it's in decent shape. I was going to restore this one too for maximum profit, but i'll leave that to whomever buys it. As you will see from the pics, it is missing some fader caps, but nothing major. It has some scratches on t...

Vintage Analog Synth: Sequential Circuits Pro One - SOLD *

I was going to fully restore it so that I could get the max amount of what it's worth, but I don't have the time and I need the money. My loss - your ga...

I just like the fact that there are no moving parts - that seems to me to be a huge plus for durability... Though I'm still waiting as well - because I read about some read write errors that can happen... don't know enough about it. one thing that people don't know is that you can write only a cert...

My New Business: DIY Pedal Board Kits

I hand make these in my wood shop. All pedal boards are pre-cut, routed, sanded, and stained in ebony. All you have to do is put it together. Natural Finish is also available as well as custom sizes. This is Kit 1 (18"x28") http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=280659488189 http://pedal...

good stuff.

ok, ill share my super secret recipe:

i very gently whisper in a mic, "this is a room mic, this is a room mic, this is a room mic."

another technique is to find a large room and play the tracks through your monitors on one side with mics set up on the other.

if a plug becomes intermittent, there's nothing keeping you from cutting it off and replacing it with a new, better one. just cut, strip the insulation back, and replace it with a neutrik or switchcraft...

And we could go on for hours about whether or not plug-ins sound as good as their physical counterparts but that's not the point of this post. My point is that I was able to get ...
