It depends on what you personally like the sound of....For every one great sound that one person loves another hates.....especially when dealing with POP HITS. ANY drummer can't do that.....that's what talent is for.....Mics,pre-amps,knowledge, DAW, plugins, rooms, mic positioning.....are all bunk to an actually GREAT drummer.
