I'm still DLing, so I don't know for sure, but I find it hard to believe that 3-minute-long rockerman is the longest song on there. I guess young guys really do finish fast.

I've been eyeing this Tascam digital mixer at a local shop for $300. How do you get the ADAT I/O in and out of a Mac for cheap?

But wouldn't the AD/DA, comp, pres, eq, etc., be insanely better on the PreSonus?

I think I had that problem when I switched quantization, or swing, or other settings that govern the time after recording the hits. Drove me crazy for a while. You need to be sure that the quatization settings are exactly the same as when you recorded the hits. Usually helps to hold the pad down for...

Are both sets of speakers passive? Powered off the same or different amps? If the studio monitors are actives, then you need to switch it at line level before the amp for the stereo and the actives.
