That is a great idea. Being able to recall different mixes for one project would really be great. I really love your idea as I am always lookin' to collaborate with people but coordinating schedules etc. is often a pain. This eliminates all of that. I am keenly interested in this project and would l...

Thanks Joel,
Yeah far as I can tell the old 528 has patch points for I take it, hardwiring to a patchbay and the 528e has 1/4" i/o for each part of the channel strip.
Perhaps that is a clue that the unit has moved from pro studio to more consumer grade?
Thanks again.

symetrix 528e broadcast voice processor?

Hi there and thank you for your time... I always get complaints that no one can understand what I'm saying and they always want the vocals to be turned up in my recordings. I'm crap at mixing but...perhaps my chain could use a little comp etc. (MXL V69 -> spirit m8 -> digi002r) So I thought somethin...

Re: part time full time audio visual tech job in SF

Too freaky eh?
Well that depends on the hotel. If its 4 or 5 star then you got to be shaved cut and suited up every day. Other hotels more business casual... can get away with long hair, beards goatees etc.
So it just depends on the property.
This property is business casual.
Keep 'em comin'.

Re: part time full time audio visual tech job in SF

For those of you who are not within the greater bay area... call yer local large or swanky hotel, ask for the A/V office and see if any work is available or if there is a union etc.
