Resident Audio T4 Thunderbolt Interface
Listed on reverb as resident audio t-4 interface
Never used no hours on it. I prematurely updated to Mac OS Catalina which the unit is not compatible with. However it works with all older Mac os’s.

Resident audio T4 Thunderbolt comparability issues?
Hello all, sometime in late 2018/ early 2019 I purchased a resident audio t4 thunderbolt interface to be used as a small project setup for capturing demos and ideas. Little did I know I would not be able to get it to synch with either High Sierra or Mojave. I know its sac religious to be an early os...

How to xfer original songs from iPhone to new computer?
Unfortunately I didn't have my shit backed up on the cloud. I recently was working on my 9th album using Logic Pro. I have about half the album's demos on my iPhone 7. The iMac I was using was quite old a 2009. It shit the bed and I bought a refurbished late model 2015 27 inch iMac. I'd like to get ...

Getting Logic Pro X drums to sound better sitting in the mix
I record a lot of demos using the built in Drummer feature that is in Logic pro X. I love the easy to use concept and interface it has to offer as well as the ability to be able to uniquely come up with different parts and fills for your song's different sections. However, I'm finding if I try and a...

Have you adjusted your buffer settings, updated drivers, are you recording to an external hard drive, have you closed and disabled all unnecessary programs and features (wifi especially), how much ram do you have, is this a new problem, what is the interface, are you bus powering it or wall powerin...

Audio interface issues, (probably a beaten dead horse topic)
I'm sure this topic is like beating a dead horse around here, but I'm still relatively new to computer audio, after years of using just outboard gear,so any help would be much appreciated. Here is my situation. Any ideas or fix suggestions when getting frequent almost white noise sounding crackling an...

Jeff Lynne drum sounds?
The drum sounds of Jeff Lynne, Love them or hate them.... I personally really like his drum sound. I know he caught some heat from the die heard Beatle fans when he helmed the boards for the posthumous anthology releases. Like he F@#$ed with a sacred thing. Given the time period leading up to the an...

Adice taken and a few more thoughts, thanks.
Thanks for all the advice. I agree Logic does have some really great plugs in that would take anyone a great deal of time to really get a firm knowledge and understandings of how to use them at their full potential. I realize that its not always price obviously that determines the final outcome of t...

Steve Albini sound?
Hey everybody, I really love that real roomy reverb sound that Steve Albini is known for. I was wondering if anyone knew of any good plug-ins that would achieve a similar kind of sound? I remember reading somewhere online that Steve loves those vintage AXG BX20 Spring reverbs? I'm not sure if that i...

Absolute must have plug ins and virtual instruments?
I'm running Logic, I decided to still hold onto Pro 9 even though I now also have and just started using the 64bit Pro X.
I was wondering what some of the staple absolute must have/Industry standard plug ins are as well as virtual instruments that you all would recommend?
Thanks.

Check this out, DAW and drum loops?
Hello. Just wanted to run by some thoughts regarding utilizing drum loops in DAW's. I did just download the new Logic X, however I am currently still using Logic 9. I moved not too long ago and wasn't able to take my drum set with me. So I'm still sort of new utilizing drum loops for DAW recordings....

I basically do what you do, am on Logic X, and I doubt my Shure 58s and Mackie Onyx converters are that much better than your setup. I think your only way to satisfy the concern about your new equipment versus your old is to get the old stuff going again and a/b test some sounds. Maybe your new mon...

I don't think what you're after really exists. If there was a "make everything awesome" button, you could just press that. There's so many variables that it's really hard to know where to start coaching you over the internet without some sort of baseline. Can you post a small sample of what you're ...
