Windows Xp or 2000?
I am sure this has been brought up on here a million times but, I need to upgrade from 98 se to something and i was thinking xp but some peopl seem to like 200 better because it closer to 98 se.

hey, i am new to this whole computer recording thing. i have noticed on cool edit pro 2 that your 2 options for recording quality are 16 bit or 32 bit (floating) . Is there an option for 24 bit recording with this program????? How is the 32 bit (floating)? i just want to record at the highest qualit...
