You had a Digi 002 and you replaced it with _____?
Just wondering what previous 002 owners have upgraded to and how they arrived at their decision. I'm torn by the number of options out there, leaning heavily towards the first two (as they provide the ability to track bigger sessions). Though my needs are simple as a solo artist. Additionally, at th...

Up to 54% off if you trade in your legacy hardware. This is very tempting... Offer expires June 17, 2011 Though I think it works out to be about $1,883 for a Native pcie card... a little less than what I spent on the POS 002 - but I'd have to send them back my 002... which means I'd need a new inter...

Will do - may be a while - gotta finish a few projects I'm still working on... Jim - I read your post on the "other site" : "It's possible the front end differential opamp stage got damaged. It could be a result of excess DC as there are no coupling caps to block it. There are pads on the eval pcb t...

Nice! - no case that's bad ass - better not spill the coffee. Thanks for clarifying the fact that it's pre built - I am definitely am going to do this - for $150 + and additional $50 -$60 for a power supply it's worth a try. What power supply did you end up using for your build / would you recommend?

WoW that saffire 56 certainly looks tempting! The other option I started to consider was the RME UFX - haven't seen any mentions of it here. I do remember reading one caveat about PT9 and using other interfaces - something about not being able to go to the higher sample rate with third party gear? I...
