2003 is for file, print, dns, web serving etc it is what it says a SERVER if you want a workstation DAW go XP pro 2003 server will most likly not perform as well for audio I/O tasks as it runs many more background services that xp pro.

When I first listened to a Phil keaggy album, I thought it was great. However I was not overly impressed. I thought the album was full of double guitars and over dubs but it was still ok. Then I watch a instructional video by Phil and I realized that it was not doubled, what sounded like 2 or even 3...

I like small amps better as well, I have a 1974 fender bass master amp that sounds great for many different guitar tones. I like pushing the speaker to its limit!

I actually like mixing with a mouse better. Vector editing is faster then fader mixing any day!
