Tape record stereo phase problem (AKAI GX 4000D)

Hi, im new to using tapes, but i have aquired an AKAI GX 4000D, which i absolutely love to record stuff onto from the box. I have noticed tho, that the high end of the spectrum gets phase cancelled of a stereo recording in a cyclic manner. If i listen to L/R channels independently you can only hear ...

The Jr 700 version only has 2 buttons. http://www.guitarsandeffects.com/images2009/e00020EFFECTRONdeltaLAB.jpg you can see on the picture, that means 4 possible states for different timings. But there is no way to disable the delay. Only if i press any of the buttons only halfway in. I sometimes jus...

Deltalab Effectron users - Push the Button

I have a Deltalab effectron, and like to use it as a saturator with only half-pressed buttons. But its very annoying to keep them in that state with my fingers. The spring is very strong, so i didnt have luck taping them down either :D Is there a good solution to have them half pushed ? thx ps.: The...

Very silent Effectron jr

I just aquired an Effectron Jr, and the output has a VERY VERY low signal, and the OUTPUT/MIX knob doesnt do anything. I have to boost the signal like 50dB!! If i plug a jack into the bypass input, (but only halfway) then it outputs a good volume signal. So i guess the amplification gets lost somewh...

Hi, i would like to remove the VU meter, cause its just annoying me with the clicking sound it makes as it hits the wall.

How can i do that? Is it just that simple as cutting its wire?

Thanks!!

So, what is the difference between the m267 and m67? In term of sound?
Does the older m67 sound more 'vintage'?

Just cause i live in Europe, and the m267 can work at 240v.
Its almost impossible to find an m67-2E here, and im really not good at modding stuff...

Shure m67 as an insert?

Hi, i'm Matt, and i'm a distortion addict. I've started to collect cheap outboard stuff to colour/crunch stuff. Been lurking on this forum, and found about the Shure M67. Do you guys think it could be used as a reamping box? I would use it to send some tracks through it from my soundcard, and back. ...
