I'm still stuck on a troubleshooting issue with my board. Everything seems to spin WITHOUT tape loaded, except the capstan which will spin for awhile if I give it a gentle twist, but it eventually slows and stops. Nothing spins with tape loaded. Here's the issue; with or without tape on, the capstan will not spin, however, if I start the capstan with a gentle twist it will start to spin for a bit but then eventually slow to a stop again.
