I found a guy called Graham Durham who worked out of Exchange Mastering in the U.K. He knows how to do the task but the mastering house isn't tooled up. Apart from that I know of a few shit lathes with digital front ends not worth a pinch of shit and I know a few quality lathes residing above houses...
