I remember having this problem also. I ditched all of my "unused tracks" and that seemed to help along with messing around with the DAE buffer and turning everything on and off again like Joel said.

haha dudes you are funny.

There is no bass guitar, the guitars are overtracked to the point where a palm mute blows up ur sweet car woofers in your "hate tank", and I thought it sounded way better on cassette than CD. I mowed many lawns to this album. I like the lyrics and the jammin solos the best.

heh..heh....Black Sabbath is my favoritist band ever. BLACK FUCKING SABBATH!!! It's why I play, record, and write music. I used to not like the Dio Sabbath, but then that all changed one day when I gave it a good honest listen. He has a great metal elf voice. I wish I could have been a fly on the wa...

I like the 52 and dislike the d112. The d112 sounds like a basketball on most kick drums to me. I like a 91 inside, a 52 in the hole and then I build a "kick drum tube" and put a AT 4050 at the end of it. I do a lotta live sound and recording so I guess Ive really just gotten used to the 52/91 combo...

Updating PT LE/MAC OS need help

Hello duders.

So right now I run PT LE 6.4 with the Mac OS 10.3.8.

I am going to update tomorrow to Mac OS 10.4 (tiger) and then update PT LE to 7.4? or whatever.

Just wondering if anyone else has done this and if it went okay.

Thanks!

Monitors for around $300

Hey dudes, Long time no talkie. Well my studio partner moved away, taking his lovely 10" active sub and tannoy PBM6ii's with him. I have already replaced the sub. I like to use two nearfields, ns-10's right in my face so I can see how bad everything around 1k is, and a pair further away (the tannoys...

It helps the Kick stay out of everywhere, especially if youre recording a "live" kinda thingwith everyone in the room at the same time playing instruments without headphones. Woah. I just used two layers of chipboard with 2x4s and then insulated the underbelly. It made a huge difference and my lo en...

Dead Kennedys- In god we trust inc.

On the other hand, I never bought a Carcass record becuase their covers grossed me out. They became one of my favorite bands a few years ago.

I have had good luck with "option>shift>3" [consolidate selection] in cases like this. Write new files before you even hit play, then hit play and see if it works. Also "apple>shift>U" "select unused" in the regions bin, and remove or delete them from the session. PT still buffers those files for u...

Dude, I am having the exact same problem except with a Mac G5. I run one seperate drive for my OS, and two other seperate drives for data only. The problem just started recently. I always back up data on an external FW drive. I am running PT LE 6.4 on a 002rack, and the Mac OS is 10.3.4. The OS I am...

Can you drop track ID's and stuff in Jam? Does it have like a Waveform view? I liked CD architect, but it was for my pc. Does Jam do what CD architect does?
