My wife and I just bought a house. It's going to be a while before I/we will have the funds to properly outfit the basement as a recording/practice space, but there's a healthy amount of space down there. I'm pretty excited. Most recent recordings were tracked at our practice space and mixed at a fr...

basic cheap/free recording software for OS X?
Hello, Tape Op. I have been gone for a long time. Maybe it's time is near to say goodbye to 9.2 and Pro Tools free. I have a G3 iBook that is still kicking and is going to have to do for a while. If I could mix 8 tracks at 16/44.1 and get away with a plugin or two on each I would be happy. Yes I am ...

WTB - Rane SRM 66 splitter/router/mixer
Kind of a long shot as these have been discontinued for a while. Used condition is fine as long as all functions work and there is no serious cosmetic damage.
Please post here or send me a private message if you have something or know someone who does.
Thanks.

I would definitely recommend the 25th's show at the Sunset if you'll still be around. The Stares are amazing.
Dude, and you can catch Ashlee Simpson. How cool is that?

You should tell him to use that as-is. I'm sure he'll find lots of takers.

Re: TV Shows You'd Like To See
I would love to see a reality show where the contestants compete to have their reality show concept made into an actual reality show. It all turns out to be a lie though, and (as approved in microscopic print on the contract the contestants sign), the "winner" is tarred and feathered.

Everything is my girlfriend's but the turntable. I helped her pick out the stuff. It actually sounds p...
