FS/FT: Yamaha PM-1000 x2 complete 16 channel units

Anyone still interested in PM-1000s? I've got 2 complete 16 channel boards and have another 16ch board that I've sold 8 input channels out of so far. I was selling these for $75 per channel or 2 for $120 in the past. Anyone doing any custom racking of these that might be looking for a supply in exch...

re: - vintage API/bae, apogee, beyer, + group buy mics

gotta give credit where credit is due:

I just wanted to post to say that I purchased the API Lunchbox from Will (against88)
and I gotta say it was seamless...the unit was in great shape as promised, and was packed/shipped to ensure it's safe arrival.

I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from him again.

pm1000 channel strips

I hate to do it but I need the room. I have a 16 channel board that I need to get rid of. <edit> Each input strip has the original transformer </edit> $75 per channel or 2 for $120. I'd also consider trades. If I get enough interest <edit> in the input channels, then I will I'll start parting out th...

I've been using the Nettuts http://net.tutsplus.com/ site to help me wrap my head around jQuery and I just found out that they have a similar tutorial site for all things audio: http://audio.tutsplus.com/ It looks...

Re: re: Live From SugarHill Recording Studios

According to Ross Wells, cameraman and co-owner of Zenfilm: "The show was shot with a Sony EX-1. It has a really strong 1/2" imager and tremendous low light response, yet it is small and maneuverable. All these qualities are essential to capturing the experience. The EX-1 is set to capture in 1920 ...

re: Live From SugarHill Recording Studios

Wow. Nice choice on using Vimeo. It looks and sounds amazing. I have only made it through TheBlueHit segment, but I am thoroughly impressed with The Blue Hit, not to mention the potential that "Live From..." has to offer. I have to admit that some of the camera work was a little distracting and I th...
