Deoxit D5 contains a solvent which can damage pots/switches/faders/etc.
I recommend D100 and F100. I´ve used those products when I refurbished my 24-8 last month.

I´ve done this successfully in REAPER several times. In order to make it sound good you have to put some work in tho.
