Hi there Jones Just got my Akai 1710 and on a learning curve with it. It don't work with the modern Shure mic at all as the Akai's impedance is high, up there at 30K !!!! Got a lovely 50s Cosmocord 33-2, which seems to match it perfectly. I am getting another one as we speak off the eBay for the oth...
