That looks like an AC701 for sure. I wonder if the mic body is some kind of eastern European Schoeps copy set up to work with the Lomo cap? Might explain the Schoeps power supply. I remember seeing some mics a couple of years ago on eBay similar to this. Can't remember if the seller was "crudler" or...
