iPod, Zune, Android bundle

I know this buy/sell/trade forum is based more on recording equipment, but I figured what the hell... 5 audio/video players (Archos is wi-fi / internet too). All in great shape. Just trying to raise some cash for other stuff. Thanks. http://www.ebay.com/itm/iPod-3-Zune-and-Android-PORTABLE-DEVICE-BU...

Thanks guys. It's been awhile, so having to purchase my own shirts to supply for the printers is new to me. I'll figure it out.

T-Shirt printing

Not electronic gear, but band gear nonetheless. Any of you have rec's on great t-shirt printing companies for small runs? Thanks.

Old thread, I know (in the world of iPad) but the iRig is now the input/output connector of choice as I see it. I just got the Tascam 4-track (portastudio) and bought the iRig to support it. Totally fun.

Mine is brutal. When I'm cautious, it subsides a bit, but it never goes away. Be good to your ears, kids.

Hmm, figures my decision to go compact would come back to bite me. Maybe I'll just stick to my 8-track for now and worry about this all later. I don't want to get some junk USB setup that I'll use 5 times. Thanks guys.

Looks like my new machine does not have firewire (and although powerful, does not have expansion options for a sound card etc - it's a compact). Not to sound totally clueless, but the options look like USB, eSATA (?) and SPDIF. Let's say budget is uncertain, but mid-level is a comfort zone per eleme...

I'll take a look at Reaper, but thought for sure people would be talking Cubase or ProTools or something like that. I've dabbled with whatever the Tascam software was a few years ago and did not like it, nor the preamp it came with. I am not a fan of Presonus but am comfortable with some Lexicon. Bu...

newbie multitrack software / hardware Q

Home (analog) studio dismantled for the time being. Just bought a nice Windows 7 machine and wondering if I should buy a multitrack software program and a couple of decent XLR inputs so I can play around while I find a new space (which could take awhile). For those active in this 'computer world' fo...

I have moved all of my publishing to YouTube to H.264, 1280 x 720 file format. I keep all files uncompressed up until final edit is ready to be formatted for the online version (as you would for any audio or video activity). This ensures I will publish in HD on the site, and have a file that is not ...

I sold off a ton of mics years ago. Kept my SM7 and my 421 among others. They remain permanently set up at all times.

If you have not done it yet, and not to sound too obvious, but FF to the end of the side, then rewind to beginning of the tape again. Get that tape happy on the reel.

Favorites: Kick- AkG D112 (it gets some flack around here but mine has served me well for ages ), Sennheiser E602. Some people like the Audix D6 but I sold mine because I thought it was way too hyped (frequency-wise) compared to the other two I mentioned which are both somewhat hyped. Bass- SM7, RE...
