Which model? If its the MKIII, there should be some trim screws behind the machine. Do you know if its pin 2 or 3 hot? Otari's are infamous for that shit....it'll save you a "why is my out put level so low?" thread.... make sure you are using the right mrl tape for whatever formulation of tape you a...
