Yeah, that's the same problem I had with my 002r. I didn't have the new power harness, but I exercised the connectors (pulled them on/off a dozen or so times) and it's run like a champ for a few months.

The one thing I remember about that rackmount POD was that I had to turn "mic distance" control all the way down. I think there was a letter in an older TO issue where it said you could send the click to the Quicktime Musical Instuments MIDI and then actually use the built-in computer audio as the click output, potentially freeing up a Pro Tools output for something else.
