I moved in 2008, put my MCI in storage and just pulled it out for the first time yesterday.
Doing some research, I found a download for the full manual at mcirecording.com (B machine)

I would look into getting cheap Behringer or Mackie mixers, mounting them on an Atlas stand and adding your D-Sub on the back instead of engineering a complete mixer. What make/model is your console? You don't have the power transformer(s)? Yo might need to by two, one for the bi-polar and one for phantom.
