SM Pro Audio has an 8 channel preamp out that has XLR ins and adat lightpipe out (i mentioned it in the SMPR8 thread). If i go into the adat via lightpipe, does anyone had a suggestion for a 16+ channel mixer that can receive 16 channels of adat lightpipe ?

While looking at the website they have an upgraded version of this, and it looks cool. The big thing is It has adat lightpipe out...i'm gettin it

I saw this on e-bay while looking for a limiter. I want somthing like this for vocals so i can free up a compressor for other things. Anyone have experience with it? It looks like just the thing I need.

Would mounting an adat on an angle cause any problems, or is it kosher to mount them in one of those raxxess slanted economy racks?

An adition to this question for myself: Would it be worth it to mix from adat to 2 track reel then dump to CD? Does it help that much?
