I was going to get a enclosure it was 49.00 but for 59.00 got the 80 gb USB 2.0 setup. It was on sale at Comp USA.

Big condenser mikes sound great on vox but you can have feedback probs using them live with a pa.

Rackmount cases are overpriced, and usually poorly design in regards to airflow No and No I got a 4u rack for 90.00 450 watt PS fans for the HD and 3 case fans. I have the back of the rack sticking into the equip room so it is not to loud . Server cases are setup for better air flow than most cases....

I vote cubase. I use nuendo and it makes sonar look like a toy.
I am sure sonar will do the job just my opinion.

If you are going to reamp and put speakers on snare drums just use real drums.
