Pot for Effectron.

Just bought my second effectron. This one is broken, however. Cracked it open and found that there is a pot snaped clean off the board. It is the pot for the feedback amount. Here's where it gets tricky. Those of you familiar with the Effectron will know it has 2 pots which have a center detent, but...

Behringer PX1000

So, I recently found myself in need of a new patchbay. the basis of this need was my interface's (echo layla24) handy auto input monitor function. I had several synths and stuff normalled into the layla ins, and the outs 1/2 normalled to my board. now this seems allright but naturally you run into p...

Well, you can use a tactile linear potentiometer as a voltage divider into your favorite analog synth or cv/midi interface. That is the easiest. I have info on a company that makes this stuff, email me if you want and I'll dig it up.... w_r_nestor [at] hotmail.com you can also do it from scratch wit...

Any transducer with a membrane (cone) is gonna be somewhat microphonic. That being said, you can definitely do this with two small paper cone speakers (car speakers) and some glue, i've done it with slinkys in the past. Just glue the spring right to the cone where the magnet attaches for a pretty de...

Well, if you google your LED basics, you'll find that you will need a circuit with at least a voltage limiting resistor in series with the led. LEDs will also 'work' in one direction, so you might need a led or diode going the other direction. The best way to do what you want to do is with a simple ...

Well, there's tons of free tracker/sequencer software out there, and most older computers have at least ethernet (especially if they came from an office) to download stuff. MIDI is almost as old as the personal computer, so interfaces exist for any computer you can name, and are relatively cheap. Th...

FS/T Yamaha DG Stomp

This thing has digital outs as well as analog, so it would be great for a studio guitar preamp.

I'll trade for (+ $ mostly)

Big muff
distortion+
Dj Mixer
analog delay
Other interesting tape-oppy stuff? (check your closet)
